We provide estimates for most electrical work. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. All pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. Emergency services may be subject to additional charges.
Service Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive for punctuality, service times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Emergency services receive priority scheduling.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship and stand behind all services performed. If you're not satisfied with our work, we will return to address any issues at no additional charge within our warranty period.
Customer Responsibilities
Property Access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. This includes clearing pathways, moving personal items, and ensuring our technicians can safely access electrical panels and equipment.
Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate information about electrical issues, property conditions, and any previous electrical work. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service delivery and safety.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualifying customers.
Property Preparation
For certain services, customers may need to prepare their property by shutting off power, removing furniture, or taking other safety precautions as advised by our technicians.
Warranty and Liability
Service Warranty

Emergency electrical services are available 24/7 for safety hazards and urgent repairs. Emergency service calls are prioritized and may incur additional charges for after-hours response.
Inspection Requirements
